Tammy is the current Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) at an economic development startup incubator assigned to work closely with startups on strategy and a former Director of Innovation and Portfolio Management in a similar organization. Prior to that, she was a former Vice President of within the Strategy Office at PNC Bank and Vice President in the Marketing Data Analytics Department of TD Bank. During her MBA, she worked as an MBA consultant in the Small Business Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh. Lastly, she is a former startup founder, computer engineer, and MBA graduate from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship strategy and finance. Occassionally, she has invested in companies that she has coached, was invited to join the board, or the team for equity.
Fun fact: Tammy is a beauty queen and hold the title of Miss Philippines 2004 and is great at motivating others to win in their respective fields, a skill she gained in her early twenties when training pageant candidates to snag titles in their own competitions.
